Reno Staffing is looking for Order Fillers with reach truck experience for an Industrial Equipment Supplier in the Reno area!

This is a temp to hire position centrally located in Reno's busy industrial area. Be a part of a results driven,

team- oriented environment for an established company!

Shift : M-F 8 : 30am-5pm

Pay : $18.54 / hr.

Location : 89502

Summary :

Warehouse sorters are in charge of sorting raw materials, equipment, and finished packages to ensure the smooth workflow of a warehouse.

Their duties include verifying work orders with corresponding item and batch numbers, moving items that are ready for delivery, loading stock onto delivery trucks, and reporting any damages to the supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Other duties may be assigned.

• Reading work order information to determine which item to sort into the designated storage area.
• Ensuring the correct item is picked up by comparing work orders against item and batch numbers.
• Physically moving or transporting items ready for delivery to the designated loading area.
• Reporting any item damage to the warehouse supervisor.
• Labeling items with the correct information, such as date, shipping, price, and quantity, according to set instructions.
• Moving items to delivery pallets and assisting loaders with the stacking of items.
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying information supplied to ensure stock goes to the correct inventory area.
• Ensuring that all stored items are packed and stacked according to OSHA standards and company safety policies.

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.
