SUMMARY : This position would be responsible for assisting in maintaining matter maintenance for firm matters, pulling cost back-up and preparing invoices for mailing via USPS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : and is familiar with Elite 3E accounting Assist in updating daily notifications of new matter openings to note invoice template formats, rate exceptions, Assist in verifying rates on new matters agreeing to existing matters and noting if Checking for address accuracy including email address if invoice is distributed via If electronic matter, verifying electronic billing information including marking matter as e-billed, selecting E Billing Type, adding electronic reference number and electronic vendor site.

6.Ensure correct invoice template options are Assist in set-up and update of group billing details, if Assist in updating matter PTA codes9.

Responsible for pulling cost back-up as required per client guidelines. 10. Handle preparing invoices for mailing via Operates office equipment including computer, copiers and 10-key Assists with other general accounting responsibilities from time to Other duties as assigned.
