About the role :

We are looking for an IT professional with experience in physical and virtual networking, cloud computing, firewall management, and security compliance standards and procedures.

They should have the personal skills required for addressing employee’s in-house IT issues, the ability to adapt on the fly to solve complex issues, and the desire to travel for weeks at a time when providing IT mission support across the country.

IT / Cybersecurity is a vital role in the success of Raven Defense, and requires a well-rounded and hard-working individual to address the ever-changing environment in support of our nation’s defense.

Responsibilities :

• Providing advanced technical support to resolve complex in-house employee issues relating to hardware and software.
• Working directly with IT, Security, Engineering, Procurement and HR teams to resolve issues.
• Being flexible this job is not static and will require quick problem-solving skills.
• Managing Azure AD tenant, Sharepoint, and Linux / Windows VMs.
• Utilizing compliancy tools to bring TCP / IP mission support hardware into compliance.

Candidate requirements :

• Experience providing IT Support to businesses of varying sizes.
• Network routing experience (switch / router / firewall configuration)
• IT Certifications are preferred, but not required (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, CISA, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc)
• Microsoft Azure experience is preferred, but not required
