We are looking for a meticulous anddependable Visual Merchandising Manager who will be accountable fordesigning visually captivating and participatory displays thateffectively highlight our items.
This individual will have acrucial responsibility in formulating and executing visualmerchandising tactics that effectively stimulate sales improve thecustomer experience and uphold brand uniformityworldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute creative visual merchandisingconcepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketingobjectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing product design and sales to ensurecohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
Plan and implement seasonal and promotional productdisplays that attract customers and drive sales.
Research industry trends and competitor strategies tostay ahead of the curve and enhance our brandpositioning.
Conduct store visits and provideguidance and support to retail staff on merchandising bestpractices.
Analyze visual merchandisingperformance metrics and develop recommendations for continuousimprovement.
Manage visual merchandisingbudgets and resources effectively to achieve businessobjectives.
Stay informed about emergingtechnologies and tools in visual merchandising to enhanceefficiency and creativity.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree inVisual Merchandising Fashion Design Marketing or relatedfield.
Minimum 3 years of experience in visualmerchandising preferably in the retail industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovativevisual merchandising concepts.
Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite and other design software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Highly organized with strong project management skillsand attention to detail.
Knowledge of currentindustry trends and best practices in visualmerchandising.
Must be located in the UnitedStates and possess a valid drivers license.
