locationsMendota Heights, MN time typeFull time posted onPosted 12 Days Ago job requisition idR1999 The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for managing the warehouse operations and service repair areas in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner for Restaurant Technologies.

This position requires daily onsite work at our warehouse in Mendota Heights, MN. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not an option at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to employees in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and service repair.
• Plan, assign, and schedule staff across various work areas
• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities that include the receipt, storage, picking, fulfillment, inventory planning and product repair
• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Prepare and implement action plans to achieve agreed upon productivity targets
• Ensure and assist in the process that all orders / receipts / material transactions are completed accurately and on-time
• Develop safety procedures and material handling certification programs
• Develop or enhance standardized work process instructions
• Maintain proficiency and analysis in ERP and data warehouse systems along with other technologies as required
• Run daily and month-end reports and reconcile as required

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years supervisory / management experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations related environment, OR 5 years of similar experience
• Associate or Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, Operations preferred;

or equivalent work experience

• Willingness to work onsite in Mendota Heights the majority of the time
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
