Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
Our scheduling clerks seek out best practice opportunities to enhance patient care by scheduling patients for physical / occupational / speech therapy appointments, within specific specialty programs.
They will provide complete and accurate information, within scheduling systems, and coordinate insurance authorization. They will also update systems when patients cancel or reschedule

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education / Qualification High School diploma or equivalent Health care experience preferred Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred
