Hartwig Staffing has partnered with a local client looking to add a Help Desk Analyst to their team. Compensation for this role is $50,000.
This role does not offer remote or hybrid opportunities. Must be in Oklahoma to be considered.
Skills you'll need :
- Must have at least 2 years of helpdesk technical support experience and Windows troubleshooting experience.
- Need to have strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team or individually.
- Have a good understanding of A+.
- Proficient in MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat, and experience with server 2016 / 2019 in an Active Directory environment.
What you'll do :
- Provide first-level technical support and diagnostics for users' software and hardware needs.
- Receive incoming calls for technical support and diagnostics.
- Configure, install and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot desktop and network issues via phone and on-site support.
- Assist with equipment repair and rollouts of software / hardware.
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical documentation for the department.
- Collaborate with IS staff members to resolve issues.
- Perform On-call duties on a regular rotation.
- Assist with Mobile Iron email accounts for cell phones.
- Communicate with end users, IS Department Staff, and vendors for troubleshooting.
