Position Summary

As the GTM Product Manager for our Business Development team at alphabroder, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and responding to our market and customer needs within a dynamic, rapidly evolving print on demand ecosystem.

This role is crucial for spearheading product growth initiatives through strategic customer engagement, comprehensive market analysis, and executing go-to-market strategies.

You will lead efforts in defining product positioning, developing innovative campaigns, and shaping the product roadmap to enhance our technology platforms and production capabilities.

The ideal candidate is highly results oriented, passionate about launching new innovative services and solutions to drive growth for alphabroder and our thousands of distribution customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert on your products target audiences, the competitive landscape and adjacent ecosystems.
• Develop GTM plans, drive product strategy, and make recommendations for roadmap routed in data and experimentation. Measure, report, and optimize GTM plans based results.
• Create clear and compelling content : webinars, social and other forms of digital marketing to educate on product platforms and customer insights.
• Synthesize insights to develop audience-specific messaging, marketing content and go-to-market materials for alphabroder technology and services.
• Empower Sales and Customer Service to win by preparing and distributing enablement materials such as customer insights, trainings and event content.
• Partner cross functionally with ecommerce, design, marketing, sales, technology, and operations, to align stakeholders and achieve overall business goals
• Engage customers and ecosystem partners in jointly developing new offerings and executing innovative go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience required; background in product marketing, the promotional industry, apparel, print-on-demand or SAAS platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices including CRM, paid media, webinars, events and experiential marketing.
• Strong communicator, able to convey actionable, data-driven insights to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Highly analytical problem solver and strategic thinker with strong time management and project management skills
• An exceptionally quick learner with a natural curiosity and the ability to grasp new concepts, simplify complexity and influence cross functional groups.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo and HubSpot
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Low ego, team player that is highly resourceful and has a proven track record of achieving results.
• Must be able to travel 5% -10% of the time.
