PositionOverview :
We are lookingfor a talented Project Manager II to manage thefinancial aspects of commercial HVAC projects in the Special Projects space.
This role will focus onoverseeing smaller projects that require quicker turnaround timesensuring financial success and efficient projectdelivery.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Managethe financial side of commercial HVAC projects within the Special Projects sector focusing on smallerprojects with fastpacedtimelines.
- Oversee project budgetscosts and financial forecasts to ensure successful projectexecution.
- Collaborate with internalteams and clients to deliver highquality projects ontime.
Requisitos
Requirements :
- Aminimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial MEP (Mechanical Electrical andPlumbing) space.
- Demonstratedexperience managing smaller faster turnaround projects includingrenovations HVAC unit replacements system modifications andretrofits (this must be clearly outlined on the resume and in thewriteupnotes).

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experiencerequired. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similarfunction is required.
o Bachelor's Degree in ConstructionManagement or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experiencepreferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals,specifications, details and job orders.
o Ability to effectivelyplan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Stronginterpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oralcommunications skills.
o Strong decision-making skills and aresults-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards andhealth & safety regulations.
