Supply Chain Manager
Reporting To : VP of Supply Chain

Status : Full-Time
Exempt / Non-Exempt : Exempt
Division : Supply Chain
Job Purpose :
Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize logistics and operations projects. Ideal candidates will excel in project execution, driving efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teams
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Develop accurate demand / forecast plans for DC's
- Oversees the Inventory Analyst, Business Analyst, and Inventory Specialist
- Coordinates incoming product and product related projects with DC teams
- Manages and oversees the replenishment strategy from the DC to the stores and hubs
- Works closely with the merchandising team to ensure their strategies are implemented and stay in place
- Ensure all product related teams are following the schedule on the planning calendar
- Be aware of the companies' budget and ensure their team is doing their part to stay within budget
- Review sourcing and lost sales within the stores
- Work with the Supply Chain and Merchandising VP's when implementing store forecast to ensure they follow budget and product strategies
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree preferred
- At least three years of supply chain and management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset, especially in Excel
- Located in Houston or Jacksonville and able to work in the office (hybrid schedule considered after 90 days)
