Provides departmental leadership, improves organizational performance, manages environment of care, budget, staffing, and quality of care.
Works under the supervision of the CNO.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of Recent ACUTE CARE Director Experience in the CVICU REQUIRED
- Would speak with Manager Candidates that have 3+ years of experience in the CVICU as a Manager
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including / not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- BSN REQUIRED
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
