• A proactive leader with a can-do mindset and infectious enthusiasm.
• Teach engaging classes for pre-K gymnastics and dance using our innovative, child-centered curriculum. (Full training provided in our proven teaching methods.)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Ensure the facility is squeaky clean and everyone is playing it safe at The Little Gym!
• Our parallel bars are high and so are our standards! You’ll be the one to oversee the team during your shift, leading by example and motivating everyone to do their best!
• Our sales goals are Ta Da worthy, selling The Little Gym program is Serious Fun! You are a major part of inspiring and motivating the Team to meet these goals! GO TEAM!
