Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to create, develop, and maintain a comprehensive website for Neighborhood Loans.

This role is crucial to our digital presence, as the website will serve as a hub for our loan officers, clients, and partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong understanding of web design principles and the ability to create custom pages tailored to the needs of our loan officers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Website Development : Lead the end-to-end development of a large-scale, responsive, and user-friendly website for Neighborhood Loans, including custom pages for individual loan officers, branches, articles and more.
• Maintenance & Updates : Regularly update the website to ensure content is current, security protocols are followed, and new features are implemented as needed.
• Front-End Development : Design and implement visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.

g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Back-End Development : Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components is a huge plus.
• Database Management : Design, implement, and manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• API Development : API Dev. knowledge is a plus
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the website aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to users.
• Design Skills : Apply basic design principles to create a cohesive and engaging user experience, with an eye for detail and a focus on user-centric design.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, updates, and changes made to the website.

Qualifications :

• Proven Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing large-scale website projects.
• Technical Proficiency : Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Database Management : Strong knowledge of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• API Development : Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Security Knowledge : Understanding of web security protocols and best practices.
• Design Skills : Basic to intermediate design skills, with experience in UI / UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
