Job Title : Solar Superintendent
Job Description
As a Solar Superintendent, your primary goal is to facilitate a positive experience with our products, ensuring they out-perform customer expectations and are of the highest quality possible.
You will develop customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer’s needs and providing excellent technical onsite support services.
This role involves technical support for our customers worldwide, translating and interpreting wiring / construction schematics, adhering to OSHA safety regulations and our safety standards, and conducting, documenting, and reporting safety meetings.
You will assist in preplanning projects, maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and clients, and work directly with subcontractors, temporary labor, Electricians and our employees on planning, scheduling of construction and quality control applications.
Training and supporting a large-scale work force, and providing guidance and technical support on issues concerning electrical and building components / applications is also part of your responsibilities.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, California.
Work Environment
You will be working onsite at project locations where our tracker system is being installed. This role involves working in an outside construction environment and travelling throughout the US.
