Job Description
About Us
Decades ago, our nation systematically removed Bible education from the public school day. LifeWise Academy is bringing it back.
Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.
We believe released time is the greatest missed opportunity of the church in America to reach the next generation. But we want to change that and we need your help!
About You
You love Jesus. You love people. You have a knack for bringing out the best in people and turning challenges into opportunities.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and effective communication are key strengths you possess. You understand the importance of discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to ethical standards in all HR matters.
You're also proactive in identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
Most importantly, you know this isn't just a job. It's a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the Gospel.
