We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Title Sales Associate to join us in driving our business growth and delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
Position Overview :
The Title Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting our title insurance services to real estate professionals, lenders, builders and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales demonstrated through previous sales positions, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in title or real estate related fields is not required.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and establishing relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other potential clients.
Client Acquisition : Conduct presentations and meetings to promote our title insurance services and explain the benefits of partnering with our agency.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position our services and identify new opportunities.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing strategies.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful execution of transactions.
Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress using CRM systems and other tools.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience in sales. Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales is highly desirable.
Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Self-Motivation : Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Tech Savvy : Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and productivity tools.
Benefits :
Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, including a healthy per file Commission
$30,000 a year base to start, increasing to $36,000 within one year after obtaining Tennessee Title Insurance Producer License.
$250.00 per order Commission on the first 6 orders generated from a new Referring Client
