Overview
We are currently looking for an Insurance Mail Coordinator for our Corporate office located in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This is a full-time position.
This position will be responsible for using a high speed scanner, accessing insurance company websites, sorting and processing mail, and depositing insurance checks.
$16-$17 / hr
This position will be on site M-F 8a.m.-5p.m.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include :
- Process outgoing mail for insurance companies
- Research insurance company websites to obtain payment notifications
- Research and resolve issues associated with incoming mail
- Sorting and processing mail
- Operating automated mailing equipment
- Operating high speed scanner
- Processes bank deposits
Qualifications
Desired Skills :
- Prior scanning experience preferred; high speed scanning experience, a plus!
- Data entry experience
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills.
