Position Summary : As an HR Generalist II at Visteon’s HQ, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

You will be instrumental in shaping our talent experience, driving HR initiatives that support our vision and values. This role focuses on overseeing the execution of our Early Career Program, managing international transfers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, and playing a key role in talent management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management : Assist in the development and execution of career coaching and development plans for employees, focusing on aligning talent management initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • People Development and HR Policies : Prioritize people development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Supplement efforts with HR policy implementation based on operational needs and strategic direction.

  • Data-Driven HR Decisions : Utilize data analytics to inform HR decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce optimization.
  • Compensation and Rewards : Advise on and support changes in compensation, annual planning, and rewards strategies, emphasizing competitive and equitable practices.
  • Employee Engagement and ERGs : Foster employee engagement through initiatives and events, encouraging the formation of ERGs while emphasizing HR's role as a participant and supporter.
  • Organizational Development : Collaborate with the US HR Leader to implement organizational design outcomes, streamline HR operations, and enhance organizational health.
  • Early Career and Onboarding : Oversee the successful execution of Visteon’s Early Career Program and manage a seamless onboarding process for new hires to foster a positive beginning at Visteon.
  • International Transfers : Manage the logistics and support required for international transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and alignment with organizational needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
