Title : Enterprise Content Management Consultant
Location : Quincy, MA (Hybrid)
Duration : 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Position Summary :
The ideal candidate will have strong background in Enterprise Content Management as a Program, project, or IT lead using industry leading ECM tools.
They would demonstrate a history of collaborating with multiple business and IT stakeholders and working with leadership to drive decisions related to resources, priorities, or financial plans.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of tactics and experience managing and engaging stakeholders and planning and executing effective change management.
Detailed List of Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Stay current on stakeholder needs and program vision.
- Develop operations plans that include quarterly / annual goals, priorities for the program, and balance priorities with resource and financial constraints.
- Assist the program by defining performance metrics and steps taken to meet defined benchmarks / SLAs.
- Interface directly with business and engineering teams to understand and influence outcomes.
- Responsible for iteratively enhancing monitoring and reporting on all program metrics.
- Manage vendor(s) contracts and measure and report on their performance.
- Collaborate with peer teams to provide and enhance services and help it evolve in line with agency and Commonwealth mandates.
- Build and manage a small team of direct reports for needs that Vendor(s) and peers cannot meet effectively.
- Understand and proactively review existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change that would benefit the program.
Education, Experience and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience managing IT operations serving content management / publishing systems.
- ITIL Foundation certified strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills and experience in supporting technical and non-technical staff.
- Advanced program / process / project management skills and systems-thinking
- Advanced relationship management, leadership skills, and organizational savvy
- Advanced analytical skills, providing critical thinking, solving problems, with ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results.
- Proven action-orientation, resilience, and ability to respond to changing business objectives.
- Proven ability to develop / implement business strategies across the enterprise, collaborating to implement initiatives in an integrated manner.
- Proven ability to influence others, structuring and presenting documents to effectively communicate with and inspire trust of partners and leaders, driving alignment and decision making.
- Experience leading people and effectively mentoring, coaching and developing others.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and a CI / CD framework
- Must have multiple years of working with Agile SDLC
