Job Description
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a CPA Firm in Fort Lauderdale, to find them a Tax Accountant. This is a well-established firm with offices in New York City and Fort Lauderdale.
The salary is flexible based on experience but ideal range is between $75k-$90k. The organization also offers full benefits and a bonus structure.
There is a clear plan for a promotion and raise for this role within one season.
Job Summary
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Review condo & homeowner associations monthly financial reports
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred)
- 3-4 years of tax experience
- Prior CPA firm experience required
- Experience with Thomson Reuters is a plus
- 100% onsite position
