Job Description :
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Winthrop, MA.
In this role, you will work with children and adults to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' progress and development.
- Provide training and guidance to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
