Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA best practices.
- Train and support school staff and parents in behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with educators and professionals to integrate behavior support into classrooms and IEP meetings.

- 2024 - 2025 School Year
- Caseload : Elementary, 2 school sites, direct services to about 10 students
- Caseload details will be discussed on the virtual interview.
Qualifications :
- BCBA Certification
- Must have Masters Degree in Behavior or related field
