ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of special education and therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wellesley, MA.
With multiple locations and a diverse caseload ranging from K-12th grade students, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct behavior intervention services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct training sessions for educational staff and parents to support generalization of skills
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of behavior analysis
Requirements :
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of behavior management strategies and behavior modification techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
