The Billing Clerk will assist in invoicing and revenue reporting, ensuring that clients are billed accordingly, and the Company is billing for services and products rendered.

This position is not a medical billing position and the experience is not applicable. Corporate or service billing experience is required.

Duties / Responsibilities : Enter and approve pro-forma invoices accurately and timely. Collect all information from CSS / vendors / clients to calculate bills (order amounts, discount amounts, etc.

Create credit memos when appropriate following internal approval process and procedures Update client billing records as needed and send out payment reminders Report billing discrepancies to billing lead or Accounting Manager promptly to ensure immediate client resolution.

Provide a single point of contact for the department by receiving, tracking, researching, and managing escalated incoming requests and follow-up on any pertinent billing issues to ensure that we are meeting expected deadlines.

Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Competencies : Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to problem solve Able to work independently and as a team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience High school degree or equivalent is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and invoicing. General knowledge of accounting billing software and principles.
