Job Description

Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on job sites.

Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project updates and resolve issues.

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among team members.
