Category / Shift : Hourly Full-Time. The Russellville Maintenance team operates under a 2-2-3 work schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, etc.

of 12 hour shifts. Shift hours are 6 a.m. 6 p.m. and 6 p.m.- 6 a.m. This opening is for the 6 p.m. 6 a.m. schedule.Physical Location : Russellville Container Facility3900 International DriveRussellville, AR 72802The Job You Will Perform : Complete Pre-Job Safety Analysis before each taskMachine Champion by reviewing daily downtime, notifications, work orders, PM’s, across each machine centers with machine operatorsTrouble shooting mechanical and electrical issues and making necessary repairsMaintain equipment from steam traps, rotary joints, replacing rolls, changing air filters, installing new VFD’s, entering parameters, etc Using SAP to enter work notifications, creating work orders and completing in timely mannerUsing SAP to enter time confirmations for daily activitiesUsing SAP to issue partsHelping complete and maintain Store Room Parts InventoryComplete Boiler Chemical Water Testing and Maintain BoilerMaintain Air CompressorsComplete Daily Condition Monitoring RoutesComplete Daily Lubrication RoutesThis position is a safety sensitive position.
