Responsibilities
Client Support : Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Policy Assistance : Guide clients through the policy renewal and claims process, ensuring a clear understanding of their insurance plans.
Translation Services : Utilize bilingual skills to assist English and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Documentation : Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Product Knowledge : Stay well-informed about our insurance products and services to effectively support clients.
Feedback Collection : Gather client feedback and convey insights to the management team for service improvement.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the sales and underwriting teams to deliver comprehensive service to all clients.
Requirement
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
Prior experience in customer service or insurance service roles is highly desired.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Must be willing to work on-site in Naples, Florida.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
