About theRole :
Land SurveyPractice Leader
Were on the huntfor a dynamic Land Survey Practice Leader to join the team inNashville TN. In this role youll lead and manage the surveydepartment evaluate market surveying practices and oversee thefirms commitment to QA / QC.

Your Mission :
- Lead and manage the survey department throughout thecompany
- Evaluate market surveyingpractices and technologies for both public andprivate clients
- Communicate andmanage external clients
- Assistin business development needs
- Oversee the firms commitment to QA / QC
- Identifypotential markets and growthopportunities
What You Bring :
- Bachelors or Associatedegree
- 1015 yearsof experience in surveying with 5 years ofexperience leading and managing surveypersonnel
- Professional LandSurveyor (PLS) license in Tennessee or the abilityto achieve
- Familiarity with the latest technology and emergingpractices
- Experience in conventional and advanced surveyingtools and techniques
AdditionalRequirements :
- Must bea United States citizen or authorized to work in the UnitedStates.
- Must be at least 18 years ofage.
Bonus PointsFor :
- Expertise in BIM geospatial LiDAR unmanned aircraftsystems and photogrammetry surveyingmethods
- Proven track record in business development and strategicplanning
