Position Overview
We seek diligent, detail-oriented professionals to join the team in this entry level part-time role. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, & committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis.
Responsibilities
Working within our alternative investments database
- Downloading, organizing, & renaming files
- Document management
- Creating, circulating, & tracking LOAs (Letter of Authorization)
- Creating & reconciling transaction level data in Excel
- Escalate system & data issues to client facing team and / or team lead
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0-2 years Data Entry experience
- Familiarity with technology, software tools, & applications, including Excel
- Well-organized & self-motivated
- Highly attentive to detail & accuracy
- Familiarity with handling confidential data
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with financial services helpful
An associate or bachelors degree in a related field or relevant job experience

29 hours / week.
Onsite : Morning Shift 8 : 30am to 2 : 30pm or Afternoon Shift 11 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
