Human Resources Director
As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function and aligning HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
You will oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee development.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and success of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Provide guidance to the executive team on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent in the renewable energy industry.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems that support organizational goals.
- Coach managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred areas of study : human resources or business administration, or another related field.
- Ten (10) years of experience in human resources in a high volume, fast-paced work environment highly preferred.
- At least three (3) years leading a team of more than 3 employees.
- Ability to influence others, applying sound judgment and non-bias to situations, interviewing and assessing people, and building relationships.
- Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources information systems (HRIS) preferred.
- Bilingual; English and Spanish preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : Work environment is primarily office, but can vary from an office, Plant production and outside climate conditions, based on the situation.
The noise level varies upon which area of production employee is working in.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday, working hours to be determined. Occasionally extended hours or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise.
