We are on the lookout for an Asset / Fleet Manager for our Raleigh office!
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and service fleet vehicles
- Evaluate requests for new and replacement vehicles
- Oversee the disposal of old vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for :
- Fuel
- Maintenance
- Other essential services
- Administer insurance coverage
- Implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs
- Manage fleet expense reporting and budgets
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including :
- Material handling
- Inventory management
- Assist with the hiring of new warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and fleet-specific regulations, including :
- Licensing
- Registration
- Reporting requirements

Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics
- Basic math and data analysis skills
- Ideally, 5+ years of fleet / warehouse management experience
