Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a National Wholesale Admin Specialist.
The role directly supports the National Wholesale Administration Manager. In addition, this role supports and cross trains with all of the other direct reports to the National Wholesale Administration Manager, including sales reporting, quota system maintenance, SAP sales feeds, iAvenue CRM Maintenance, SAP customer master maintenance, territory changes, SAP pricing, credits / debits, and dealer contracts.
The role reviews current system applications with the goal of unearthing any processes that can be improved to achieve more efficiency or lower risk.
The role collaborates to implement changes.
Responsibilities
Maintain Dealer Quota / NOPA systems for dealer authorization by product lines. In addition, review and support of quota system for alternative ways to automate to improve efficiency and / or lower risk.
These are a combination of databases and queries that allow the maintenance of each state’s county assignment by dealer, holds the BEQI potential used to calculate quotas, then calculates the contract quota assigned to each authorized dealer based on product line.
Contract Quotas feed into iAvenue CRM for use by field personnel. County assignments feed into iAvenue CRM, which then creates a feed that populates the data being used by the Sales and / or Service Locator.)
- Marketing quota storage and feed.
- Nightly sales feeds sent to iAvenue / CRM.
- Nightly download systems that receive SAP data and sent out for use by above-mentioned systems.
- SAP Pricing maintenance and SAP inclusions / exclusions
- Support / maintain SAP BP customer master.
- Issuance of debits and credits in SAP.
- Territory maintenance.
- Support for Pricing credit calculations, trip reports, commission reports, and rebate reports and transmissions
- New dealer setup, contracts, targets. Dealer terminations and acquisitions iAvenue and potential future CRMs maintenance.
- Back up the National Wholesale Administration Manager and cross-train and assist the other members of the department.
- Other duties / responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or College Degree
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
- SAP SD, Pricing, CRMs, Business Objects, and Business Warehouse experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP systems, software, data base programming helpful
- Financial systems mindset and desire to dig into details to search for improvements.
- Self-starter with the ability to investigate issues and requests independently.
- Ability to collaborate and use judgement to produce conclusions and results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
