Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Position Overview : As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Key Responsibilities : - Lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence.

  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident care, satisfaction, and overall well-being.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications : - Valid state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator, with a proven track record of success.

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting.
