We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel management services to our corporate clients.

Location : A hybrid work arrangement with a possibility of working 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely. For candidates outside of the Los Angeles area, the position is fully remote.

Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM (PST) Responsibilities :

  • Corporate Client Support : Provide comprehensive travel arrangements for corporate clients, including airfare, hotel, and car rental bookings.
  • Ticketing : Issue airline tickets and handle ticketing-related inquiries.
  • Customer Service : Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Vendor Management : Maintain strong relationships with airline, hotel, and car rental suppliers.
  • Additional Travel Services : Assist with other travel-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience in corporate travel coordination, including air ticketing, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a must.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.

Benefits :
