If so, we want you to join our team as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant!As a critical part of our growing real estate business, you will assist in managing real estate transactions, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.
You will also handle executive assistant duties, such as managing calendars, emails, and ensuring deadlines are met. Familiarity with Google Drive and perfect English communication skills are a must.
Requirements : Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination.Excellent conversational and written English.Proficiency with Google Drive for document management.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with real estate CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Lofty / Chime is a plus.Benefits : Full-time role with competitive salary.
