Job Summary :
The Customer Care Administrator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties :
- Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
- Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment assessing and appropriately responding to customer
s information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
- Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
- Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
- Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
- Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
- Continually builds trust with community partners.
- Promotes leadership and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications Required :
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
