Job Description and Responsibilities
Willow Valley is hiring catering attendantsto ensure exemplary Resident and guest service through all forms of banquet service, transportation of food during events, taking and processing food and beverage orders and replenishment of products and supplies in compliance with catering and event standards.

Wage :
- From $18.00 / hr + based on experience
- Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
- Sets up and breaks down guest tables, food stations and service line for events and catered services, ensuring that events are properly equipped in accordance with event instruction.
- Sets and clears tables, empties trash and cleans service line.
- Operates a POS (point of sale) register to take food and beverage orders.
- Handles currency, credit cards and charge orders to Resident accounts.
- Processes orders and assembles orders for customers.
- Cleans, organizes and restocks equipment and supplies.
- May be required to complete light food prep and grill cooking to assist the Chef.
- Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Able to read and understand simple instructions and short correspondence.
- Has the ability to respond to simple requests and complaints by customers.
- Works independently and maintains the ability to make independent decisions.
- Follows WV’s food safety policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety guidelines while operating equipment and transporting food, supplies and trash.
- Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintains a positive attitude, professional appearance and engage in high level of teamwork. Hours :
