Overview
The PropertyManager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations ofresidential or commercial properties on behalf of property owners.

Keyresponsibilities
- Manage all aspectsof assigned properties including maintenance rent collection andtenant relations

- Handle lease agreements renewals andterminations

- Resolve tenantconcerns and issues professionally andefficiently
- Coordinate marketing andadvertising efforts to attract prospectivetenants
- Implement and enforce property policiesand procedures

- Respond to emergencies and addresssecurity concerns
- Conduct thorough backgroundchecks on potential tenants
- Coordinate withproperty owners on strategic decisionmaking andgoalsetting
- Maintain accurate property recordsand documentation
Requiredqualifications
- Bachelors degree inReal Estate Management Business Administration or relatedfield
- Proven work experience as a PropertyManager or similar role
- Deep understanding ofproperty management regulations and bestpractices
- Strong financial acumen and budgetmanagement skills
- Excellent knowledge ofproperty maintenance and facility managementprocesses
- Proficiency in property managementsoftware and MS Office
- Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonalabilities
