Shift : Days, Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm
Weekend Requirements : Yes; 4-week rotation
On Call Requirements : Yes; 2 weeks no call, 3rd week float, take call
Requirements :
- Active Arizona Medical License
- Clean malpractice background
- Board Certified
- CRNA Skills Checklist (to be uploaded with presentation)
- Availability for a minimum of 10 shifts per month (every week; Monday-Friday)
- Certification Requirements : ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA, PALS
- License Requirements : Arizona
Length of Need : Ongoing
Average Time to Credential : 60-90 days
Types of Cases : General surgery, OB / GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally Cath Lab (no hearts or neuro)
Majority Case Type : Ortho and General
Number of Operating Rooms : 2 main operating rooms
