Priority1, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to oversee an expanding portfolio of clients within the Digital Sales division.
We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, and dedicated individuals ready to kick-start a fulfilling career in sales! Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Expedited shipping services.
Our Digital Sales division is expanding rapidly, and we're actively seeking new additions to our dynamic team to keep pace with our growth.
Overview of Customer Success Manager Role at Priority1
- Oversee the transition of accounts from the sales intake department
- Build client relationships, offering continuous support as their main point of contact
- Efficiently manage customers and track sales progress using CRM software
- Monitor KPIs to assess client health and engagement
- Drive customer advocacy and referrals through exceptional service and relationship-building efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Exceed sales targets and quotas
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ of logistics sales experience preferred
- Software sales experience is a plus
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Naturally enthusiastic and energetic

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Competitive Commission Structure
