The work being performed will beremote. You will need to meet at the HCPF office to pick up alaptop on your hire date.

Thebasic Job Duties and description are : Required tasks to fulfillprimary responsibility : Create test plans for simple to moderatelycomplex projects.

Execute functional and regression test cases aswell as performance and security test cases. Create and maintainrequirements traceability matrices.

Identify test data required forprojects. Create and update automated scripts for existing and newfunctionality. Coordinate with Project Managers and BusinessAnalysts throughout the testing process to ensure correct reportinginformation is relayed.

Provide specific examples of regularongoing decisions made by this position related to this duty.Analyze system requirements identify and document the mostimportant test cases.

Analyze the effectiveness of test cases andthen make any necessary improvements. Determine what test data isneeded and how this test data can be obtained.

In performing thisduty provide examples of typical problems or challenges encounteredby this position and the guidance used to resolve the problem.

Ifissues beyond what is typical in the normal testing environment arediscovered solicit feedback from project team or more experiencedtesters.

Required tasks to fulfill primary responsibility : Followprocess for system test and user acceptance test. Establisheffective communications with development teams for defectmanagement.

Document defects and their resolution. Monitor themanagement of defects. Determine when a valid defect has occurredhow to communicate it or if it needs to be escalated for analysisor repair.

Provide specific examples of regular ongoing decisionsmade by this position related to this duty. Identifies andrecommends defect management strategies.

Determine the severity andpriority of defects with support from the development team.Determine if a defect fix is successful with support from thebusiness requirements team.
