PrideStaff has an immediate opening for a Welder. The client is a machine shop located in northeast Denver. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Welder Job Duties :
- Weld using MIG & TIG
- Weld various metals
- Ability to tack using fixtures and freehand
- Prepping material using other various grinding equipment, cleanup of welds using handheld grinders and other various grinding equipment, identify material type
- Adjusting welding machines for optimal weld conditions
- Inspecting parts to drawing tolerances
- Select correct metal pieces according to plan
- Accurately measure pieces to size and cut accordingly
Welder Job Requirements :
- 1 year MIG or TIG welding experience
- Ability to read tape measure, protractor and square
- Able to read diagrams and schematics
