Schedule : Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Description : Join a reputable organization with a mission to provide comprehensive drug and service coverage for individuals with or at risk of acquiring HIV / AIDS.

Gain valuable experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in public health programs, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of New York State residents.

Duties :

Answering and triaging Spanish calls on the program's eligibility hotline.

Processing program applications.

Performing other appropriate related duties.

Qualifications :

Experience as a customer service representative.

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This position is temporary with the possiblity of a permanent role, expected to last for 5 months from the start date
