The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Sales Team with Key Accounts, for our customers, and help them by answering questions, following through on any aspects of the sales process between the customer, sales team, and Imperial Dade departments.
Create quotes and order guides. Maintain contracts. Identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales.
Salary : $26.00-$28.00 / hr.

Responsibilities :
You will assist Sales Reps with various tasks including :
Checking open orders
Retrieving previously placed purchase orders
Providing addresses and contact information
Confirming inventory levels and receiving dates
Implementing special projects for new & existing customers
Coordinating with internal departments
Create quotes for rep-controlled customers or prospects, including items, pricing, and mark-up
Run reports
Check stock status, suggesting alternative items if necessary
Act as the primary contact for Sales Reps when they are unavailable
Mail / order product labels, dispenser keys, and product literature
Qualifications : You have :

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service & data entry experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
