Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Volt is immediately seeking a strong candidate for the position of a Business Analyst for a renowned global technology company.

This position will be onsite in Mesa, AZ.

Description

This role supports business operations for the Data Center and will partner closely with Facilities, Logistics and Procurement to analyze, manage, and report on Facilities' Operational Costs.

A successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, such as creating and managing dashboards, project management, RFPs, and Vendor Management.

Key Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in a high-performing organization
• Strong Excel skills, experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) and tableau / SQL databases
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems
• The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstration of improved efficiency in previous job functions
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence business partners
• Creativity to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to the problem

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with utilizing Filemaker
• Experience partnering with Facilities departments and outside Vendors
• Experience with managing RFP processes

Pay Rate : $33 per hour
