Business Analyst Product Manager

Role Description

As a growing software company, we seek a highly motivated individual to help develop our Product Management (PM) team by establishing its core processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated problem solver, intent on improving our internal efficiencies and crafting solutions that deliver increased value to our customers.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and designers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products.

Leveraging your expertise, data analytics, and research skills, you will identify and suggest improvements to our internal processes and the products we deliver to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document processes that support all facets of Product Management.
• Act as liaison with internal partners to include development, quality assurance sales, and services.
• Lead the effort to develop a strategic customer roadmap by analyzing industry and competitor trends, as well as functionality, and requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Integrate research, team input, and client feedback into solution requirements.
• Maintain high-quality project and software design documentation and analysis.
• Develop a project schedule and milestone plan, then ensure management adheres to it.
• Analyze root causes of business issues and develop suitable resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or information systems, or an equivalent level of experience is required.
• 3 5 Years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within a software company.
• Must be comfortable with leadership roles and capable to assisting teams with project collaborations.
• Proficiency in statistics and the ability to conduct business process analysis.

Salary

$75,000 - $95,000 + Bonus
