LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable client in Sharonville, Ohio, to find a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
Position Overview :
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in various systems and databases.
The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Entry : Accurately input data into company databases and systems from various sources.
Data Verification : Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Record Maintenance : Update and maintain data records regularly to ensure up-to-date information.
Reporting : Generate and prepare reports as needed for management and other departments.
Documentation : Organize and file electronic and hard copy documents systematically.
Communication : Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications :
Experience : Previous experience in a data entry or similar administrative role is preferred.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Skills :
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
