Line Cook
Full Time Day shift. Salary will be based on experience.

We are currently looking for motivated hard-working candidates to fill open Cook positions.
As a Line Cook your specific duties in this role will include :
- Performs cooking and preparation of all menu items in accordance to standards set by management.
- Performs cooking and preparing all Grab and Go food items in accordance standards set by management.
- Stocks, maintains, and rotates sufficient levels of food on the line, cooler, and freezer.
- Performs food preparation and portioning prior, during, and after service.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Operates the industrial dishwasher.
- Washes glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles.

Requirements
As a Line Cook , you must be reliable and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude. It is also important that you maintain a professional image at all times.
Qualifications include :
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Strong team-working skills
- Willingness to adhere to the dress code and to maintain a high level of personal hygiene
- Willing to obtain food handlers permit per state requirements; paid for by Sapp Bros.
