Our primary commitment is to provide our customers with a quality product, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine (DTM), a CMT company, is seeking a Quality Manager for our Cinnaminson, NJ location .

The Quality Manager will champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective quality management system and will implement quality improvement activities as appropriate to raise the performance of the company's production.

The hiring range for this position is between $100,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience* Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer.

Design implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection. Implement metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring system effectiveness to enable others to make sound product quality decisions.

Perform root cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.

Review customer contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.

Continuously improve the company's organizational capabilities to achieve process quality as a part of project execution, including an awareness of a need to "do it right the first time".

Other duties as assigned. Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or something similar, or a minimum of 5+ years in a quality management role is required.

Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods is required. Experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, AS, and ISO certifications is highly preferred.

Familiarity with general inspection equipment such as mics, calipers, gages, comparators, or vision systems. Aerospace and defense industry experience is a plus!
