$15.95 hourly rate with a $500 Sign-on Bonus After 90 full-time Days Worked
2nd Shift 2 : 00 p.m. - 10 : 30 p.m., with a $.25 premium.
3rd Shift 10 : 00 p.m. - 6 : 30 a.m., with a $.35 premium.
$15.95 Starting Hourly Pay (Max Pay $17.99)
This job involves industrial cleaning and janitorial activity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Using solvents, high pressure water blasters and manual scraping / chipping to clean walls, hoses, windows, grates, lights, robots
- Grease rails and other minor preventative maintenance
- Vacuum and wipe interior and exterior of equipment
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Perform other specialized paint booth cleaning jobs as required.
- Lock out / tag out of equipment for safe entry into energized areas of the paint shop.
- Confined space entry procedures for safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleaned.
- General janitorial functions such as office and restroom cleaning
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Prefer 3 years' experience with janitorial duties, power cleaning equipment.
- Able to stand, kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Able to climb ladders and stairs without difficulty.
- Lifting, carrying, and pulling equipment of various size, shape, and weight
- Experience with motorized carts, forklift truck, scrubbers a plus
